An LCT model

A member of the Down East Ship Modelers Guild builds these to sell.
I think he's done a great job actually.

I remember Glenn Staubitz had built one of those for himself, and not for commercial sale. His was RC.

YUP when you set them up for RC and you do it right it is a lot of fun for sure. I have a landing craft fleet myself. LCT LCM LCVP LCT the later one like what he is showing and the LST. All of mind are scratch built . If you go over the All landing craft sight you will see all of them at once for I was involve in a model show last week and had all of them out. DON THE rustbucket
