Thanks, the wingspan is 9' and yes, those are 12" tiles.

Here's my Balsafactory 1m Disc-Launch Glider. For an inexpensive laser cut kit, it's pretty nice. Had to shave down the nose to make it sleeker, though.

Current airframe weight is 3.8oz, AUW should be around 5.8oz with covering, Rx, servos and batteries. Not expecting super performances, just a fun build (and hopefully fun flying too).

Hey out there,

Thought you might want to see how the finished model turned out. Today was the maiden; went well, needed quite a bit of down trim, and the model was throttle sensitive to pitch, but all it was a success. Finished weigh is 32lbs, with 5lbs in the nose.
