Having problem with boom strikes on Corona,
see my recent post.
The Hacker/Jeti works great. I would recommend
them like you. 8 min. flights with training/protective
landing gear. I'll try to lighten up to reach 10 min.
What I would say to members, is not to try Schulze
controller for brushless motors.
I have three go back. $300 Ouch! Ouch! Ouch!
over a 1 yr period. Schulze 18be and Schulze 18he
Victor , maybe you can give comment on my post
about boom strike. Even if you don't see
those symptoms that i described.

Glad to hear you’re flying again.
Are you using two 4 grips, 9 tooth pinion and 7x2400SCR batteries?
I thought that you had the Hacker Master 40 3P.
8 minutes flight time seems a little low. I still have the training gear on for nose in (going great) and training with my kids, neighborhood kids, co-workers and whom ever wants to try. No fear with the Corona. Neighborhood kid tip it over on the front lawn yesterday, wack..wack..wack. Pick it up, fly again. It just isn't right for a helicopter.
Can you imagine motor maintenance now on top of learning how to fly!?
