Mind you, I've only ever flown 5 hobby grade heli's and they were all Blade products. But my favorite is the 200 sr x.

I'm still very new so the self-leveling does wonders for my confidence and I know there's room to grow into it with expert mode. Can't wait till I'm able to toss it around and throw some flips in.

It is the the V120D02S for me as well, as I used it to learn 3D. Although I no longer fly it anymore.

I'm undecided on all helis, but in the Micro helicopter section, I go with the Micro Twister Pro. It was my first helicopter EVER.

Mine favorite changes all the time. I guess it would be the Hirobo SRB Quark. Even though I rarely fly now, it taught me so much.

I would have to break it down to my favorite fixed and collective pitch helis.

My favorite FP would be the Quark, even though I too rarely fly mine now. It stands unique in design and flight performance and it manages just the right amount of stability without being sluggish or having overly-biased flight performance, such as the case with most fixed pitch helis.

For CP helis, right now my favorite is the Nano CPX. A close second would be the Walkera Mini CP. To me, the ultra micro CP helis are more fun to fly than the larger ones and you can take a lot more chances with them.

For some strange reason, I like the 130X Red Bull in CP helis. It's pretty odd handling and has very short flight time, so it doesn't have much going for it.

Hisky Hcp100 has taught me a lot and now both of mine are converted to 2s. Cheap parts and great fun.

Right now the Blade SR, best heli to teach at least for myself discipline....
but I some day hope santa delivers something like a TRex 500 under my tree!
I'd settle for maybe a 200SRX......or maybe a 300 of some sort....well maybe a 450....
Ok ok yeah a 200SRX, then a 300, then a 450, then the TRex 500....that way I could have a collection....to add to the 2 SR's I have already....Hmm maybe another SR with a Huey body....yeah, that way I could have my belt drive one, a regular
SR, then the Huey! haha!

I have two V120D02s's and best Micro helis flown to date. Close behind are two fine Nano CP-X's with HH bl upgrade. All four birds repond very accurate and spot on. No delay you move stick bird moves with it. awesome small helis.
Indoor pucker power Master c/p's. Not best to fly in small area but thet can and do and make for a very good sport heli. Advantage its a c/p, not FBL F/P.

I've always liked the SR and I think that it's a fantastic trainer for somebody that really wants to advance their skill, rather than operate a heli that practically flies itself. .

I think the SR teaches all of the basic mechanics of the skills that go into flying a CP heli. I never felt that overly-stabilized helis were a very good intermediate-training platform. But I wouldn't advise going from a coaxial right to the SR. I think the SR is good after training on a single rotor, FP machine first.

The only negative aspect of the SR is its relatively weak tail performance, especially when flying in normal mode. I've found that in idle-up mode, the SR's tail holds very well, at least for spirited sport-type flying.
