I want to make a flying wing, and wanted to run it by ya'll before I put the razor to foam. Does this look like it'll fly? Any help is appreciated.

Looks like it will fly fine, it is a fairly standard "planform" except for the tips.
Angling the tips will provide some slight dihedral/self righting, although you might have less stability in yaw since they aren't very tall.
To explain further, they won't provide much of a corrective force when "flying slightly sideways", which is when regular tip-plates will make sure the plane is pointing the same way it is flying.
How about cheating a bit and putting on some tip plates at the dihedral break? Like this
Well, you could always glue those on later too if you find it is a bit squirrely.
Wings fly okay without tip plates at all, they just wobble a bit more, so try it like your original design first.
EDIT: or maybe try it with low verticals on top, like
