Ya, the elevator servo arm was hanging off when I unboxed it. Elevator AND rudder servo arm screws were missing, as were the wing screws. I've heard those (wing screws) are a pain to line up also. I did try fitting a wing and wow is that tight!!!!.

Glad to hear you have been bitten by the Inverza bug smitty. Make sure your CG is spot on for the first couple of flights, it's a real handful if it's to far back. I've had mine nearly 12 months and no issue with servos, just a a broken wing from a knife edge loop gone wrong.

Set your epa's accordingly and there shouldn't be any drama with the servos, no point overworking them.

What batteries do you intend using? I've found the zippy 3s 500mah compacts give good punch and flight times.

Good luck with the maiden, I'm sure you will love it.

Thanks, I plan on paying very close attention to everything you mention for sure. I have a real nice CG stand for my birds! I have a DX6 so I can def fine tune everything. I picked up an E-flite 3s 450mah and a Pulse 450 mah the same day. I know I'll need at least one more maybe I'll try one you suggested. Can't wait to get airborne!

I've got 5 of those batteries and wish I had more (might buy some this week). I won't have been flying in nearly 3 weeks now with a cyclone (I live in Aust.) and stocktake at work this weekend, so I am getting itchy fingers.

HAHA! When I first came on the thread, I thought.....oh no! I would love to see it stay active, I'm gonna need help! For instance, is there an easy way to line up the wing screw holes? Looks like its gonna be a bit of a pain Also, how are you guys running your ailerons? From the Y cable, or separate and whats the difference? My hardware should be in today or friday, I'm excited and nervous to fly it actually.

Shave the foam down with a razor knife to get the wings to seat in better. I run my ailerons on separate channels. Makes for better adjustability of each servo independently.

That plus I believe the problem for some of us with the wings was that there was a bit of extraneous glue that kept the wing tabs from fully contacting the fuze tabs. Clear, dry hard glue. Look for that also. The wings were still a very tight fit. I got one in and the other I had to make the screw hole a bit oblong to get a screw in. In the end it really never mattered. The wings are on so tight. Just be patient and be careful not to break the wing as you work it in.
I started with the "Y" but switched to separate channels to try flaperon landings. Didn't seem to matter much. Thought then that I would set up differential, turns out that wasn't needed either.
