Plus for Hobby King

Their new battery warranty system seems to work well. I received 3 batteries a couple of weeks ago and I registered the numbers on the HK website. One of them turned out to be defective, so I went through their warranty return process... submitted the required information and video on May 12. A replacement battery showed up today (Saturday!) via FedEx !! Way to go HK !!!

Same here but I only needed a picture showing the pack on a meter (I used my charger) and one of the cell had a 2.99V reading. No questions asked, replacement was sent immediately.

They told me to dispose of the bad one. Whoooo Hoooo, target practice!

Yeah i must admit i haven't had to send a battery back yet (touch wood) but i did have to return a pair of FS goggles before which had a faulty switch,once i filled out the RMA form (which can be found in your order once signed in under returns) it was a matter of sending in a photo and it was all sorted,sent the faulty ones back and got a new set,so no problems here.

Yeah, HK is just absolutely great, probably the greatest thing since the wheel. All those hundreds or thousands of complaints against them are simply trolling. No substance to them. The guys who posted them are all liars and, more than likely, cheaters.

I disagree, I think the greatest thing since the wheel/sliced cheese would be Rob, HKCustomerServiceNYC, near perfect Resolution ratio, English as a first language, member here for PMing. The only negative, he's from New York City.

No on said that. The OP said their battery warranty system works well. If you really despise HK, why are you in this forum?
