Cost-Effective Medium Sized Quad

I'm planning to build a quad, and these are the parts I've picked out, mostly from HobbyKing:

Hobbyking KK2.0 Multi-rotor LCD Flight Control Board
Emax GF2215/20 Outrunner Brushless Motor
Turnigy Multistar 30 Amp Multi-rotor Brushless ESC 2-4S
Turnigy nano-tech 4000mah 3S 25~50C
10x4.5 SF Props 2pc Standard Rotation/2 pc RH Rotation
Q450 Glass Fiber Quadcopter Frame 450mm

HXT 4mm to 4 X 3.5mm bullet Multistar ESC Power Breakout Cable
PolyMax 3.5mm Gold Connectors 10 PAIRS (20PC)
Turnigy Battery Strap 330mm
Gyro / Flight Controller Mounting Pad (10pcs/bag)
Turnigy Accucel-6 50W 6A Balancer/Charger w/ accessories
Hobbyking 105W 15V/7A Switching DC Power Supply
Turnigy Multistar ESC Programming Card
Hobby King 2.4Ghz 6Ch Tx & Rx V2 (Mode 1)
Hobby King 2.4Ghz 6Ch Tx USB Cable

These seem to be the best options for the price. Do you guys think that this will fly? Do I have all the parts I need to start flying? (I'm not missing any wires or that kind of thing right?) Do you guys think I should switch out any of the parts for anything else, any better options?

If this works out, I hope to offer to the community and for retail one of the most inexpensive but reliable quadcopters out there.

in terms of weight to power ratio, yes!

A MR in general needs to weigh half the total thrust. max would be 4429g (calc from motor thrust *4) and so half would be 2210g. with everything in the top list, the total weight is 769g. not even near the max
