New Product
Rcx 1806 2300

Has anyone tried the RCX 1806 yet?

I have the 1804's in a mini quad, but these look REALLY nice for the price....

1806 vs 1804

From MYRCMART:
"After the successful story of RCX 1804, we are proud to launch RCX 1806 Motor (the brother of 1804 but with better quality) because we know you desire for more power when you need to lift heavy battery and FPV gears. This motor has better quality than 1804 which it uses NSK Bearing and better quality copper cable. It is priced to sell low to beat our competitors. It is the same class compared to MN1806 but in much affordable pricing"

The website says it's on pre-order, so I doubt anyone has tried it yet. They look good, though.

Sick, you should make a static thrust test rig and see what kind of numbers they put down. The only reason I didn't buy a set yet is because the max wattage on them is only 85W according to RCX, while my RCTs apparently put down 108.8W, so I'm eager to see some test results before I commit, because they do look pretty nice.

Hey, nice catch on these new motors. If the specs make it into final production, these 1806s should be really hot.

SO far so good... still haven'[t had a chance to really fly it... hovered it in the house and they rock so far

the wires are longer so they allow you to solder direct to the ESCs... and they are softer so they flex better

How do they perform?
