Rolls were good. All in all it handles well and glides well also, just some rudder would be nice to groove the turns a little. Hopefully I can get a regular cameraman out next time. The exit nozzles are a combined 107% so I may make some inserts to put inside to get it down to like 90% and see what happens. Adding extra units I think will be a pain.

The airframe is now available at toysonics for under $100. Already bought mine and it arrived shortly after.

Finally did some unpacking and I'm suprised. I ordered fixed gear and this one came with retracts. Not a bad deal at all! Can't say I care for the blue wheels, but that's an easy fix.

Don, I noticed that the plastic cover that is glued over the exhaust outlets has little lips that look like a restriction. I'm going to use a dremel to smooth those out. Did yours come that way?

When you did the motor upgrade, did you change out the ESC as well?

I am trying to match up a battery - stock is the 2200 mah 20c 14.8v battery and I want to go up to the 2500 30c - will this fry my esc?

I have always had a soft spot for these..''You can probably tell from my avitar''..Anyway,, I contacted the guy from toy sonics today, and he told me that they are supposed to be getting these in again, around Jan next year, ''2014 ..If I get one, I think that I would put a 10 -12 blade fan unit in it,and also try to figure out how to make the rudders functional.. I will probably get the ARF..The shipping to east central Iowa, from southern Cal. was quoted to me at around $30.00......''We shall see''..........
