Hobby King Props - Any Good?

Are Hobby King Props any good or is it better to stick with APC? If I decide to order from HK which one of their brands is best?

Thank you!

I have used the HK APC (style) props before and can can that the are very similar to the APC
props. Balance is also usually spot on.
Its the cheap shipping from HK that usually keeps me shopping there.

Nothing Magic OR outstanding about APC props in my experiences.
Except High price and breakage every time they touch grass.
HK "copies' are Fine and actually a bit Less! brittle.
Great choice If they make the size you need :-)

I use the light electric wood series 11" and up for 3D
the APC style 11" to 13". Above 13" on 3D setups they cavitate when you punch the throttle just like real APC props do
and the slow fly props on foam ships both outdoor and indoor
All work plus cost much less than name brand props.
Balance is average some are almost perfect some need work, molding flash on the APC style tends to be a bit heavy so expect to do a bit more clean up there.
The slow fly props are a great buy @ under $3.00 for five.
Hub holes on all but the slow fly props are small so order drills or the proper size reamer.

I use the GWS props from HK. They come at about $5.00 for 6 props. The local HS wants $3.00 ea. for the same GWS props.

I have HK's SF 10x3.8 props and they aren't in balance. They're useless if you don't have prop balancing tool.

On the other hand they are very cheap.

Does anyone know are those HK's APC-e props usually balanced or unbalanced?
