See the stopped prop on the back of the SW, on post #18843, It's a Master Airscrew G/F 3 series9 x 6, which is a tad wider, but very similar in performance. Check the balance on arrival, most are ok, but some will need to look at a little sandpaper. I have a counter rotating APC, just too lazy to change it I guess ...

The video is mine I have used two MA's and one Turnigy Beech (which seemed quieter) and not yet used the APC, it is counter rotating so I have to break the loc-tite seal and reverse the motor, like I said, I am lazy Lol.

I am happy enough with the Master Airscrew prop so if it ain't broke ...

Here's a Flight Camera recording of a recent flight with the OSD, and the amp draw is pretty low at cruise, which suggests to me that the prop is doing it's job.

Flight Camera, Outer Harbour (21 min 9 sec)

what loctite seal do you need to break, to reverse the motor?

Is it not possible for you to swap two of the three wires from ESC -> Motor?

The APC is a counter rotating prop, yes you will need to reverse the motor wires to use it. The Loctite seal is on the prop nut and is not that hard to break, but it all works so why? If you look at the prop from the tail, then the standard prop will rotate clockwise, it will tend to loosen the prop nut. A counter rotating prop will rotate counter clockwise so it tends to tighten the prop nut.

The result of loose nuts can be seen here in Octane81's video adventure

Thanks Ket! I'll give it a go next week some time. I don't trust my current prop balancer as far as I can throw it, so may wait until I replace that.
@bhoov128, I'll stand corrected here. Sounds like Ket is using it on his prop nut.

I'm looking at getting a new 2015 version Skywalker or a revolution. I had a 2014 1700mm last year. Anyone who has flown both t tail and conventional, can you comment on the difference? I found mine dove really hard under full power and hated that so much I never enjoyed it. Is the t tail any better?

A classic calm Autumn morning this morning, just the thing for an early morning cruise around the waters of Torrens Island.
