OR go back and modify it to your liking. I changed mine twice, so that means you should have a prettry good idea, on how to do it once, if you look at my pictures.

So answering my own question. I went and got a couple rattle cans at the LHS to try. From my heli canopy painting days I knew that Pactra in Sprint White might be close so I tried it. I havent pulled the masking off yet but did hold the cutout from the nose gear close and its close enough for me. I take a pic later after pulling the masking off. I painted the wheel wells and center where I put the glass to join the panels. Reason for wheel wells is that I had to do some sculpting in there to get my struts to fit. Im using the RCL struts, slightly modified.

LOL. I have one of those and he knows everything I talk about too.
Before I went to the LHS I tried a couple cans that I have of white from Lowes/ Home Depot one of those being Rustoleum. Those colors looked more like cream compared to the white that was on my plane. The Sprint White is looking pretty good. Will need a gloss clear over the top but looks pretty close. |

Awesome HET. No wood blocks behind the flap hinge holes in the wing. This is the "NEW" kit. VERY agitating!
![]() EJF, you guys have been great. But this HET product is really B.S. They are forgetting about some of the most crucial building points. Stuff that should be double checked before it leaves the factory. Really wanted to fly this in the rally. OK, I feel better now.

Im putting a new version together and several others are flying both versions with no trouble. I havent heard of any flutter with the new tail feathers. Somewhere back a few pages it was brought to light that MAYBE part of that problem was some guys flying way faster than it was really designed to do. Bottom line if your not a total speed demon Id say get it and have fun.
