Yay! Dan, like Alex said, you honestly never do THAT much programming, so I think the 6i will be PLENTY for you . You will love it. Can you do me a favor? Trust me on this one. Jeep the DX6i for a long time and just sell your planes if you want some cash to buy s new plane. Buy planes and just get a RX to use with your 6i. Trust me, since you like simplicity, having only ONE, quality, good, solid radio will save you a TON of money in the long term , and I know you will like that.
