If they had done their job and made sure the product worked from day one, you'd have had zero days to wait

I am not happy. I put this plane on order at my hobby shop over a month ago. Yesterday I got it. This morning I got to do one flight on it and it flew very well. Second flight later on in the day went ok until I was coming in to a landing. As I was coming in I realized I could not pull up and it did a very hard landing and flipped at the end. Put a nice ding in the prop and on the rudder. My elevator servo got suck in the neutral position.

[X] I have a Gee Bee R2 and have experienced servo issues

Had two Gee Bees and on both the elevator servo jammed, due to high temperatures.

The newer DMSX brick was installed.

I phoned them and they offered to collect my CC using DHL, free of charge. A week after that, I had heard nothing. After an e-mail, I got the answer that they are not able to provide me another CC and asked if The Beast 3D AS3X + some spare parts would be okay. I agreed and am now waiting for the Beast.

So this is it for me regarding the CC...

Hope the Beast won't have these servo problems.

At this point if they offered me a Beast 3D + some extras I'd take that over the Carbon Cub.

NOW, they e-mailed me that they don't have Beast 3D in stock

"...have just been informed that the Ultra Micro Beast EFLU4850 is out of stock.

We therefore can either offer you a replacement an Ultra Micro Cub EFLU1180(same model as you returned) from a new delivery that is due into our warehouse on the 22nd August, alternatively we can offer you the Ultra Micro Mig 15 EFLU1680 , with spare batteries , that we have in stock."

I asked about getting another plane instead of a replacement Cub and they told me quite simply, this is a warranty replacement, not exchange and said they wouldn't give me another product in place of the cub.

For what it's worth....I just bought a CC (I assume it's a version 2 since the styro inside had a "2" stamped on it). After the first flight (which was great) the rudder stopped working and I just hear the sound of a motor running inside the plane. I assume it's the rudder linear servo just spinning away. Sent support request in via email. Waiting to hear back.

Look inside with flashlight and see what's going on. Also - is the plane re-taped? Or does it look new?

Too bad the CC wasn't made in Germany. But then, who needs an RC plane that lasts hundreds of years anyway?
