testing failsafe/Return to home Phantom FC40
Has anybody any advice for testing the failsafe feature on FC40, I'm reluctant to try without knowing the consequences!

Make sure you are in open area.
Make sure you have good GPS signal.
Fly away not too far but far enough
If lower then X amount of altitude the model will climb to X amount of altitude so be prepared to see it climb before turning around and heading home.
While the model is heading back home put the transmitter into Attitude Mode so that if you need or want to abort you can quickly regain control of the model. If you leave the Tx in GPS Mode you will NOT regain control of the model.
