how do i stop the extreme sparking when i plug my 10s in,,thanks

You can get anti-spark connectors that have a resistor that touches first to pre charge the capacitors. Some people add their own resistor. What you need is a way to limit the current and prevent the initial spike, discharged capacitors look almost like a short circuit.
