Nano CP X losing it in spin

Weird problem, my nano CP X is losing it in spin a few seconds after takeoff; it winds up spinning counterclockwise from above. Which would seem to be the tail rotor is not providing enough torque to counter the main motor.

Here's what I've replaced to date
1) Tail rotor
2) Main blades
3) Tail boom and motor [new replacement]
4) Main motor [new replacement]

Nothing has worked so far. The only other thing I can think of is
1) bad gyro (but should blink LED? no blinking...)
2) bad FETs (overheat etc)
but I can't test that theory without replacing the board

Any other ideas/suggestions/etc? Thank you,

philip

Rebind it to your radio, start a new model by deleting an unused one so you start with a blank slate, could be the gyro is out of spec, its a long shot but you pretty much covered everything else.

The other thing is to make sure the tail blade (rotor) isnt loose on the shaft, and try a new lipo..
