EVO 80 now running

I have started to bench run the EVO. I have a 26*10 prop on it, and using an old pefa cannister muffler which is very quiet.

After tuning the engine "needle valves. and warming up the engine, I went full bore. I don't have a tack reading since I didn't have the tack handy, but the prop was ripping on the bench.
Am I impressed, yes!! to say the least. Now same piston/cylinders on the 150 and 300, can't wait to try these...

More testing and should have rpm readings also.

Roger

No, this is the EVO not EVOlution. These are manufactured in Spain and I'm the north american importer/dealer/service.

Have you seen the engines on my web site,

Roger

Well guys , I ran the engine some more today, I'm now at a total of about 15 minutes so it is still very much new.

The propeller is a 26*10 (copy of Biella), Pefa cannister muffer. The tachometer I used is an industrial mechanical tach.

The reading I got is 6200 RPM, I can just imagine with a good break in and Amsoil synthetic oil.
