Thanks Tom and Carl

I used a little too much goop on the canopy. It shows in spots. But what is perfect. There was little contact area. Damn stuff can be hard to use !!
So goopy!!
As Brain would say "stick a fork in it!!"
"It's done"

Beautiful Mustang Rubio. You should enter it in the Foamy warbird class during the PSS Fest.

PISMO and I did a little zephyr building tonight. we both got our TE's faced with some 2 oz glass, cleaned them up grooved the parts for the torque rods (did I mention how easy they are to make now?) glued on the torque rods.

set the dihedrahl for 3" and glued them up!

I did a little more work getting mine to fit the fuse. next time I'll dial that in and get to the point where I can decide whether or not to make the wing removable.

Nice work guys!!
Good to see you are movin along.
I glassed up my tail joint last night and started the Bondo fill process.
I got some stuff smoother but my Bondo laying skill leaves a lot to be desired. I sanded and filled. But alas there is more fillin and sandin to be done.
Tonight I will make the hatch wire and glass it on. My Zephyr looks like a plane now though. I hope to have it to paint by next week.
