Best album of all time to listen to at the slope

I was curious what the rest of you guys would consider to be your "stuck on a desert island with only one album" soundtrack to load up on your MP3 player for sloping. If you had only one album to pick for a day's sloping to music, what would it be?

For me, when I was 12, a friend gave me his copy of Bruce Springstein's "Born to Run" and told me it was the best rock and roll album of all time. After about 10,000 plays, I'd have to agree.

What's yours?

compilations......I like compilations and choose depending on mood. Actually, the only time I listen to tunes when flying is when flying alone and I don't do that anymore because it's fun for a whole 15 minutes and then gets pretty boring. Kinda like going to the movies alone.........not for me.

Crazy! I was just thinkin about posting this on the way to work today.

I am into compilations but I have found that listening to the 311 - Greatest Hits album is a good one to fly to. Same with Beastie Boys "In Sound From Way Out" and "The Mix Up"

I'd much rather be able to hear the whistle of my 2M Erwin on a high-speed pass.

Being outdoors and flying a really slippery ship is plenty of entertainment for me.....

(....ya, I'm old.....)

After being in a factory for 25 years and never having a quite moment. I like the sound of the wind and the nothingness.

But DT & Crashaholic said it. Depends on mood. average day Benny Goodman, 30+mph Def Lapard or a mix.

Hope you know I was just kidding...

Any Blues is good for the soul. When flying a little West Coast Blues always does it for me, whether its William Clark, Rod Piazza, George Harmonica Smith, Kim Wilson as well as the Usual Chicago suspects.

Yeah, Wham's a bit out of the groove, if you ask me

I don't like flying alone and have never actually sloped to music. Just trying to keep the thread on topic for the mods.

+1 to Dark Side of the Moon and some jazzy blues.

Might put together a slope vid someday and looking for some good albums for soundtrack purposes. There, thread's still slope related
