Thanks!

Dave,

Thanks for putting on the contest this Sat.... Great conditions to practice in.... Light and very soft lift. Always a learning experience. 4 minutes was tough.

Thanks Reid, John J, John L, for coming out....

Name the place, I will be their for the next informal contest....

JP

John, It is nice to see you in 2nd. I mean you need to step it up at the big contests. If a guy who flies so much better than me can't land in top 50% then I might as well stay home. You flew the vortex all rounds?

You know I just spent the last weekend watching a F3J open competition at Schnepf farms. New Mexico was well represented and flew very well. Most of the pilots fly F3K also. The piont is that they are a tight bunch of guys and fly together a lot. You think Toby can throw a glider you should see him snap trimmer line...
I think we need to use this thread to not only post contests but to also post fun flys so we can all practice together and learn from one another.
So what say you...Colorado...Where do you fly to practice, Let's get together.

Regards Doug

Great post Doug. I'm nearly airborne again but way behind in progressing with my planes. So most any chance I get, will fly for the experience!
