Thanks for the links, I think I'll make one at that price.

I do recall you offering to measure one for me. Is it still possible? I would appreciate it, but no stress if you can't.

Hey guys... just uploading the video now
1GB is about 15mins at 720p HD. The firmware is updateable so they may fix that down the track, there are also lots of different video glasses out there to choose from.

Here yas go I had about an hour of footage to whittle down. that was about the most fun I've had with rc boats... the driving not the editing

When I'm facing the sun the brightness jumps up and down as I had a hat on that was sometimes shading the lens and sometimes not so the camera's auto white balance was struggling, next time I'll wear a cap.

Jet Sprint 540 in the waves. (4 min 0 sec)

Mate that looks like the best fun you can have standing up and sober. I was pretty impressed with the camera, even up converted off my IPad to my tv and was rapt with the quality. The sound was great so over all I think we have a winner. Would you recommend the glasses as I think this would solve my problem as the wife is video camera useless to be fair, what did you use to edit it? Job well done brother thanks for sharing.

Yep, about as much as you can have with your pants on

I was running 2 x 3s 5000Mah LiPos and I just recharged them... each one only took just over 2000Mah so I had an hour of fun and didn't even use half the juice

More than happy with the camera, that was shot at 720p HD 50 fps to get good slow motion but it also does full 1080p HD 30 fps.

For editing I use Movie Maker that comes with windows.

There'll be more surf action coming for sure, the waves are really dumpy at the moment because of the swell and wind directions so I'll head back down in a couple of days with an onboard cam as well... try and get some tube rides

Oh yeah, the lenses are polarised and you get 4 spare pairs as well, they're really comfortable to wear too.

Righty o lads doing some maintenance on the jet boats this arvo, I have a fair sort of a leak from the cooling jacket. Have been chasing a leak since changing the motor after last weekends run, had a good look today and under power the jacket leaks. Both o rings are in place, but the jacket slides up and down the motor with not much effort. Put my pump on it out of the Princess and she leaks like Bronco's try. What's the best way to stop this men? Chi may I have that coupon please?

Try rubbing grease on them and leaving them overnight to swell them, success will depend on what the O-rings are made of. You could also try microwaving them... but only for about 10 seconds at a time.

Easier to put the other motor back in me thinks, thanks anyway bloke. That was one of the jackets I bought from you, don't have time to dick around with leaks as I have just promised this to a mates son as a gift. Strike that I just might run a bead of hot glue round each end and see how I go. Cheers
