Charger not working

I have a walkera Ga005 charger. I bought a new battery today and the charger is blinking red fast indicating something is not working. is it possible that the charger is broken. When I measure the voltage of each cell it is 3.65v.

Google is your friend!

pdf file page 11 which is product Manual page 9 says:

"During charging red LED is continuously flashing. If saturated, red LED becomes solid green lighting."

Sounds to me like nothing is wrong.

It depends on how you understand "flashing"

Flashing would be cutting on and off I believe.

So flashing Red means it is still charging and when it is saturated it brecomes Green. I take saturated to mean fully charged.

I like the talking chargers myself.

There seems to be a problem with your battery, please check the connections or your battery is now charged please remove from the charger, enjoy your flight,etc..

Please, dispel our doubts
Can you distinguish between normal charging blinking and fault alarm blinking?

I don't know. I am working on a school project with parts left over from previous years. I thought it was a problem with the batteries since they had dipped below 3.1V per cell. But after buying new batteries, the blink rate is the same.

It is blinking at thrice a second.
