Tower Hobby shows parts still in stock, but I'm not sure it the plane is still available. Here is the review I did of the Widgeon back in 2011:

right now the biggest issue is motor selection as he doesn't want to be stuck using the suggested rimfire 400"s.He is looking for other options right now he lives about 2-3 hours from me so we talk over the phone and get together about twice a month .looks like he will need to rework the motor boxes to put different motors in it easily then I see that the cowlings are very thin as well . hope I can get him to get something else to fly before he tries to maiden the widgeon since he has not flown anything in the past 12-15 years or so . had him on my sim Saturday and I would have to say right now I would not let him fly my planes at this time without being on a cord

With a wing loading of 30+ oz per Sq Ft, the Widgeon is not a very good first plane, even for someone who has flown before. It flies a lot like a warbird, so try him on a heavy P-51 on the Sim and see how he does. You have to keep the speed up or the Widgeon will stall on landings and water is not as soft and you would think.

Last spring I took wing loading (briefly) to a new high. At our spring float fly I was demonstrating my differential throttle steering assist and doing a bunch of figure-of-eights in the water. Then I put her nose to wind and throttled up. Seemed to take forever to get on step but eventually I was up . . . and then the nose went STRAIGHT up! Stall. And a 75 ft drop to the water with a HUGE "Bang!" Fuselage went silent and deep by the time I rowed out in disgrace to retrieve.

In the diagnosis I found I had not replaced the drain plug! D'oh! All that lovely taxiing had shipped a bunch of water, and when I pulled the nose up it all ran to the tail. Not only astronomical wing loading but very tail heavy.

BUT - one replaced nacelle, repair to wing where a float tore away, new esc and three new servos and a bunch of drying out with a hair-dried set in the nose and she is ready once more. It is a heavy model that takes a good amount of speed at all times but, boy, does it look great in the air and on the water. And I'm impressed with the strength of the fuselage!

I always wondered why this plane has a drain plug... seems like it's more of a liability than a safeguard. Most seaplanes are just built watertight to begin with -- if you are taking on water then you need to take the wing off and dry it out anyway. Or it needs a watertight bulkhead at the step former so water can't flood to the tail... it stays trapped at CG until it drains out.

Good luck with your repairs! Maybe a bungee on your bung-hole so it doesn't happen again?

Repairs were done months ago. Been a l---o---n---g winter.

This is one rugged model. High wing loading but very repairable.

I have been considering permanently bedding the plug in with tub caulk and just dabbing out any water intrusion via the battery hatch between flights.
