All of the Dynam are switch mode (2 or 3 amp) from 12 amp to 80. The 3 amp BEC starts with 40 amp model. I know the 40 and 60 are identical as I have both of those sizes. I would guess the 50, 70 and 80 are also. Maybe all are identical that have switching bec's? I can tell you the Detrums have been very very good, I run a couple of the 40's at well over the 40 amps on burst and have never had a problem.I have 60's in my 6s planes.
