Build Log
Little Old Brittish Lady

Hi guys - I came up with this just for the Micro Cristmas Competition .. but surely it belongs to here too!

I started yesterday

with the scratchbuild of a 48cm WS Avro Lancaster

... here is a first WIP ( status of yesterday's eve)

next is making the nacells and rc setup

the glass is made from shrink wrap , fuse + wing 3mm Extrupor - empty weight 10 Gram

so I will decrease AUW between 30 and 40 Gram to take off...

Have a good night !!!

Hansjoerg

And this - "Mickey the moocher" - is the target to be reached

WOW! I hav to say I love all of your models. I dont know if you already have, but If you havent posted pics of your birds in the electric warbirds picture post you really should. You may already have. If possible could you possible post pics of your currently flying models inerds and such, possibly videos if any are availible. Im sorry to be a bother, but I just cant get over how great your small models are. Keep It Up!

Will take some days to build the nacells ... tomorrow I will be at the modellers trade fair in Friedrichshafen @ Lake Constance

I think some of my planes are on the Warbird thread - and this model will also be shown there when finished...

Hansjoerg: Another beauty! I'm lucky enough (I think ) to live next to Hamilton Ontario Canada where the only flying Lanc this side of the Atlantic is based. I've watched it numerous times flying overhead - it always gives me goosebumps.
