Best Radio Tx. for Multiple Brands of Quads, Hacked or not

I'm looking for the best compatible Tx./Controller for multiple types of toy/hobby Quads. I currently have a WL Toys V959, a Hubsan 107D, and a Walkera QR W100S and it would be nice to be able to control all of them via a Hobby grade, maybe hackable/upgradeable Tx. I've heard several mentioned but in your opinion which is the best?

edit: I'm planning on eventually moving to a bigger Quad such as the WL V303 or the Cheerson CX-20 Open Source so something that would also work with them would be great also. I only want to buy 1 Hobby Grade Tx. for a while .

I'm going to say a devo 10 flashed with Deviationtx or a devo 7e with a multi protocol board. It will take some time and experience with soldering the modules ..

I don't know of a one tx that does them all, Hubsan and wltoys, dsm2 (spektrum ) you can do pretty easy with a devo , a flashed devo 7e gets you walkera, dsm2 etc without extra hardware.

Devo 10 if you want it all at a budget price.

Devo8s or even 10s if you are a poser. (the coloured touchscreen isn't quite readable at sunlight)

Now that I'm an experienced pilot with over 10,000 flight seconds under my belt on a Hubsan X4 107C ..lol.., I 'd like to move up to a better radio. I can get the Devo 10 along with the the Deviation firmware and module I need to control the X4, but I want to make sure I can use it with a good flight sim as well. Can the Devo 10 be used with the Heli-X and/or Phoenix and/or ?? sims? I've read through a bunch of their support pages and it seems like the answer is likely yes, but I haven't found it explicitly stated anywhere.

Thanks!

Explicit:
YES with Phoenix - doin' that all the time myself. Deviated just choose PPM protocol for the proper output.

Thanks very much Mike, that's the final bit I needed to pull the trigger.

Cheers,
