Never thought of it that way. Makes sense to me.

I heard an interview with Jeremy Burgess and he said that they had the same issues with the new forks in initial testing as Ducati are having. They were lucky to be able to find an answer for it before the season started. I am sure Rossi knows what was done to fix so I am pretty sure that will not be an issue next year.
Bring on 2011..

Just read a tweet from Alex Briggs saying that he, JB and the team will be heading to Ducati next year with "The Rider".

So Rossi roughed up Hayden a little bit last race in AU, that was interesting. Hayden is doing very well these days so thats cool to see.
Watching Stoner I was cringing every corner wondering if the front would hold.

yeah but the front didn't let go... and he managed to finish some 18 seconds in front of the next Ducati... oh... and Rossi, who was also 10 seconds behind his own team mate on the same bike...

Actually Rossi's bike isn't the same as Lorenzo's one...

Since the last 4-5 races he didn't get any upgrade....

Anyway Stoner was unbeatable!

Ciao

Hmmm.... Rossi was running the new "power up" engine before Lorenzo, and that was only a couple of weeks ago, those bikes are pretty close to the same thing...

but in true Rossi support, there is always an excuse why he didn't win the race...

it seems Rossi fans just hate any rider that finishes in front of him...

I'ts sort of wierd, coz I don't think he (Rossi) is like that himself... well maybe just a little bit, he is a competitor after all...

Wait,

Rossi can be beaten, and he's not like Biaggi was, always complaining about the bike.

In the Italian interview he never complained about the lack of competitiveness of the bike, he always said that they, all the team, were not competitive enough.

Brivio, his team manager, said the thing about the parts and he's a Yamaha man.....

The new parts of the bike were not given to him since when he didn't signed with Yamaha, it's always like that, he was not going to become world champion and he was going to Ducati.

Yamaha gave him the right to test the Ducati before the end of the season only after last GP, on the other hand Ducati gave Stoner the possibility to test the new bike after the end of the championship, immediately after he signed with Honda.

I'm not saying that Rossi is a better driver than Stoner or Lorenzo, anyway I think that he's the more consistent mindwise.

Anyway Stoner has the record of victories in MotoGP it I'm not wrong 65 to 62.

Ciao.

This link > http://www.motorsportsetc.com/stats/st_gpwin.htm gives you the winners list of motogp. Casey is currently 8th but I can see him ending his motogp career above Doohan (3rd) in the rankings.
Makes me sad to think that despite all their years of trying, Kawasaki have only ever won 2 premier class races.

I have found the name of the magazine where they talked about frame rigidity.

It's MASTER BIKE, despite the name it's an Italian magazine.

Here is the website
