Here's the paint job on my F-16. Tamya paints, air brush and monocoat trim sheet material.

Thank you. Now that I've been reading the reviews and considerations here, I'm probably going to add some landing gear, since I fly off of a dirt runway. I wouldn't want to suck dirt and small rocks into the intake.

I don't know man, I would find a place with a grass area and just hand launch and belly land it. To put gear on an F-16 this size could kill your speed and looks. Mine hand launches great and belly lands nice and slow...

KCinNC, thank you. Jetnfast, I wish I could find a nice green area where I could fly it, however all of the parks and schools are off limits here. We have one area here that is granted to us by the Park system however it's all dirt and that area is reportedly under consideration to be revoked so that they can use it for something else.

Yes, I've been doing this hobby since 1973. You might say that I'm addicted. I spend about every free moment either building model airplanes, helicopters or playing the electric piano out in the garage.

Here's an interesting EDF that was produced about 10 years ago. I built it back when the only available power unit was a brushed motor with a ducted fan unit. It's the Kyosho T-33. I recently cut it in half and installed a 70 mm ducted fan unit with a brushless motor and I fly it on 4 cell packs. It flies nice and stable and pretty fast too. Not too fast. Just fast enough to look good.
Well, it looks like my computer can't handle the task of uploading the photos along with the message tonight. I'll try to upload them separately.

efflux RC yours looks awesome. It's amazing how these F-16's seem to bring tiger stripes to mind. I'd like to do my next one in a falcon theme, somehow painting it like it has feathers on it, but that might be difficult to figure out.

I must admit, at my age, 65, the eye floaters start showing up and look like little oil slicks in your vision. When you're looking up at the bright sky, the little floaters show up even more and pretty soon it's hard to tell whether you're seeing the airplane or watching a floater. Of course, when you give "up elevator" the airplane responds and the floater just sits there. So, instead of a nice military color, I decided a "Tiger" theme would be much easier to see at a distance. I still have plenty of silver planes and gray planes but I thought this one would be easier to see for orientation of position. But then, when the airplanes get high enough they all look dark in color.
