For the thrust i need more power so i was thinking to use a 128mm duct for the lift fan and a 120mm fan for the 3 bearing swizel module. my swizel duct is now 90mm so I have to make a new one and I need to use stronger servo's. do you guys have any ideas to make this project a success? I have the recipe to make a nice hover and transition to horizontal flight, now I need the power!!!

As I mentioned, try to make the duct optimized for hover rather than for forward flight. Make a bent duct and cut it into the three sections needed to turn into a straight duct. when it is straight it will be slightly S shaped, but it won't have any "kinks" in any configuration, and it is more important to have the most possible thrust in vertical flight than in conventional flight.

I second the advice. A stable hover flight is much more accomplishment than a conventional flight going 100mph. At least u're doing it right but working on vertical takeoff first and later on moving to conventional flights when everybody else tries to do it the other way.

Thanks This was my firt goal to make a nice hover first. I calculated the CG of this mockup. but fist i going to make false wings and body to see what happend when i do a hover. and what it does in wind, perhaps my gain is to high or to low
Now i am upgrading the 65mm fan to an 70 mm fan,for the rear nozzle to try a faster forward flight whitout the wings. my goal is 45km/h horizontal. this is the speed when my wings are gaining lift. I will try to give you guys once a week an update about this project
