I really like the multiple locations for your ballast to change CG as desired. Great idea!

It took one evening and two beers...

- soldered the lipo
- prepared a connector
- built the ballast tray + ballast
- put some scotch tape on the leading edge
- done!

I always prepare multiple ballast locations but this time I wanted to have more distance between the holes. I figured that previously they where to narrow with almost no noticeable effect. I like a more forward CG due to windy conditions where I live. Also I'm a fan of the penny (or cent) "trick" and thought about glueing a penny to a male connector and put the female in the fuse. But I'll stick with the more distant holes for the moment.

Jenne,

How did you attach the wire end of your rudder pull to the wire/string?

Finished the Stream last night. Final weight came out to 230g with a 77mm CG. I added 5g and my BTOA to the nose.
I could have moved the servos forward more but I wanted plenty of room to get the liPo and BTOA out and in as needed.
The wind is blowing to well over a bazilion miles per hour here now so no maiden for the foreseeable future.

KST X08 v3’s all around
AR6260 rx (soft case)
E-Flight 500 1s liPo
AUW 230g
CG @ 77mm

Another amazing day for the Stream here in the UK

My fifth event flying the Stream and my fifth win ! Perfect score of 9000 points and a 1000 points for my dropped round too! Stream also took 3rd place on the podium.

My favourite model of all time!

Richard, congrats on your great performance.
Do you have links to pictures and scores from the event? Just curious to see them.
