If I just convert 10.6kg to oz's I get 373 oz. (that's not right). So how to you do it?? Torque At 6.0V: 10.6kg/cm , 142 oz/in

That's just kinda lazy for this one though. IMO everyone should know 2.54 cm per inch and 10 mm per cm... you can do a ton of conversions right off of that.
