Is it even possible? The USBASP is meant to program the CPU directly isn't it? I thought that was the difference between the USBASP and FTDI.

I put in 10 pairs of 10x45 emax props (Same ones i get from WillysRC), and it's only 779php. It's free shipping, add customs fee (+100php) and it's 880php total. Sulit ba?

How does their quality compare to Hobbyking's SF? Those would cost around Php970 for 10 pairs including shipping.

The ones I get from Aliexpress costs about Php690 for the same number, free shipping din kaso they not as good as the HK SF.

I think all in all you got a good deal. I should take advantage too.

This months budget went to ESC's so, medyo ingat ingat sa pag lipad muna

Mas matigas yug emax kesa sa slowflys. Medyo pansin pag bigla kang nag throttle since mas rigid ng konti yung props. Mas matagal din sya bago mabali, yung slowflies, two weeks lang nagkakalamat na, yung emax ok pa rin after one month.

I pulled the trigger for 10 pairs as well. You talked me into it. haha kidding. Seriously, thanks for the tip.

The aliexpress ones are pretty poor. If I fly everyday, I break 1 every other day on the average.

I found the answer to this and it is no. I was fooling around with cheap ESCs from aliexpress (they're surprisingly well made with heatsinks and stuff). On one of them, verification failed after flashing. It said something about having an error during writing. I just flashed it over and over until it took.

BTW, I use Lazyzero's KKMultirotorflashingtool to flash ESCs with a USBasp to connect to the PC.

Nice. Let me know how it goes for you. Considering this is China were talking about, I was wondering if the quality would be consistent or if willysrc got two *very* good batches balancing the emax was also easier than the slowfly.

I've only had one prop break on me, the others broke while I was testing builds (ie. Wrong motor connections, pid tuning, etc. Generally has the quad ending up upside-down on concrete, repeatedly ).

Luckily, I've never had a prop break mid-flight unless it hit something.

Anyway, here's a flight with my RCEx Tri a few days ago:
