I would not recommend using actuators on a model this large, better to use small servos.
Besides you will need to put all your equipment in the nose for it to balance properly.
Do you have a DSM2 radio?
If so, there are plenty of options, the easiest would be to buy a Champ fuselage with electronics, that way you get the brick and the motor-gearbox.
It comes with with pushrods as well so all you need to complete it is a Champ/Mustang propeller and a battery.
I used a HobbyKing R415 receiver, two 5320 servos, the BR3A brushed ESC and the PZ UM Mustang motor-gearbox in mine and it works perfectly.
