see this vtol ? how do I build one ?
I want to build one that will carry a small payload, maybe a wireless camera...
the thing is, what rotors/blades should I use ?
which motors ? they used speed300, maybe I need something stonger ?
gears... etc' ?
I have motocalc so I can check all sorts of combinatios...

anyway, how do I start ?

It looks like it has some of the gear from one of those four-motor hovercraft thingies like the Draganflyer or Roswell Flyer.

yes utahrc, you're absolutely right, it is build from that drgaonfly,
but who do I build one without breaking one dragonfly and rebuilding ?
I did try to make contact with the guy who built it, but he didn't reply my email... sad but true..

and I want something stronger than the dragonfly..

I downloaded vidio some few months ago

It didnt stike me as that good control considering it wwas indoors with no wind

I would just opt for building one from plans supplied

I suspect life of motors is short with setup so expect good vidio clips of the terminal crash from one engine failure
