Got this airplane in an auction for $35.00 USD. Was worth if for the servos alone. But now that I am flying nitro, i think i want to ger her airborne. Only needs a plug for the bottom of the fuse and an engine. Aprox w.s. 72", and legnth of 65" . Looks to be a Su26 but I've been wrong before. Was it a kit or an arf? And who is the mfg? I need CG and all of those tibits as well. Thanks for taking the time to look.

Looks like a good project for a DLE 30.

looks like it calls for a 120 four stroke, so I would say a 20cc would fly her well, a 30cc would rock that girl!

oh ya, and BTW, "hella deal"! I'll give ya 36 bucks for it!

A dude at my club has one of these on a saito (?) 1.50 nitro - his view is that the 1.50 is enough for sport, but is still lacking - he's thinking about upgrading to a 1.80 nitro (30cc), which is pretty much inline with my 30cc Sbach, which is 73" wide!
If I was you, I'd opt for a 30 or 35cc DLE gas motor, much more reliable, powerful and cost effective to run over a nitro at that size - AND your flight times are a LOT longer on the same size tank.
First thing though, I'd check the firewall to spinner length and see how that fits with whatever motor you go for - as we all know that 'assumption' is the mother of all #%!&-up's .
