I was just searching around for some parts and saw that scaleflying.com has a Plug N Play Version at $499 not bad if you want everything shipped at once and be done with it

I watched your build video with interest and picked up some great tips for my build. Thank you. Its a bit late now, but for what its worth, I hinged the front gear door with a spring salvaged from a childs toy that keeps it open. I then epoxied a piece of stiff wire to the door and adjusted it so that as the front gear entered the well it pushed on the wire and closed the door behind it as it entered the well. Works fabulously. I was with you in your moment of frustration trying to figure out the sequencer and realised that "sometimes you're so deep in the woods that you can't see the trees." Thats when I came up with my real simple idea thanks to you.
