F/A-37 Talon with moving wings (Stealth movie) with beta plans

I'm starting my new project F/A-37 Talon

From movie "Stealth"
F/A-37 Talon, Stealth Mission (2 min 49 sec)

Now, I'm having empty fuselage
F-37 Talon wing test (0 min 38 sec)

For a moment I'll paste pictures from the building.

Here are plans. There are beta version, It's means that you can build Talon with min or max wing configuration, but there are no engine mounts or any equipment marked on the plans.
It's up to you, where you mount engine, for example.
For me I'll try put propeller inside fuselage. Something like that.

Yellow circle is 7inch propeller.

My English isn't good, but I think, one picture is more than a hundred words, so there will be a lot of them

End at the end stabilizers. They are glued at 45 degrees.

Front view.

And at the end , wing configurations
max speed = min wingspan

and max wingspan

This is my conception of moving wings mechanism
F-37 Talon wing test (0 min 38 sec)

So this is good time to check CoG position.
This is my movie from glide testing
F/A-37 Talon, CoG with different wing configuration (2 min 8 sec)

As you see, It wouldn't be easy to build swing wing like this.
It will be a big challenge for me. I'm thinking about accu moving with wings to change CoG to correct position.
Or I'll build fixed wing in open position at the end.

Wow really impressive glide test...on full forward wing, glide better than I think. ...
And tye model looks awesome
The problem of the CG movement looks difficult compared to normal swing wing... it moves opposite that we need

Very cool project. I like the size you are going to build this plane.
I think a moving lipo slide would be the answer.....
Hope this thing will fly...

Cheers Sebastian

Very cool! If possible, I would balance the plane with the wings extended then when the wings are folded in, it would just be a little nose heavy and still controllable.

Bobdearonort did a 5-easy pieces version a while back that I built and it flew great. I only built the open wing version and it was a profile plane, but a full 3d fuse and moving wings are freaking awesome!

Isn't so simple. .. when you move the wings forward, the Aerodinamic center put in front of the defined CG, then you get a tail heavy effects...
Maybe make the inverse could be easier (cg on forward wing)... produce nose heavy on take off and landing
On normal swept wings the effect is inverse and nose heavy appears full backwards. .. it's more easy to control and the plane is on high speed configuration, not the most efficient....
On my F111 was only 4% elevator up...

I get what you're saying if you're talking about the center of lift being pushed forward with the wings pushed forward relative to the CG. From the videos, it seems the CG doesn't move far enough to make that big a difference, though. This is not an F-14 with the lift near the CG and it should only be more stable when it's nose heavy like a standard delta. Trial and error may be the only answer.

If you use a stronger servo for the wings you could put the battery in a slide box and move it to change the CG as the wings swing.
