Turned out to be an awesome day at the farm.

Bruce's cone table has turned out to be quite a hit

The challenge is on to design a bowling setup that makes it easy to reset the cones.

Not a problem JJ. I'm glad I could get a couple of yours trimmed out and flying before I had to take off. I got another F-22 trimmed while there too.

Kevin says we should use the water noodles as a single standing unit. I suggested we put a piece of rebar pounded in to the ground to slide them over.

We were about to leave when Todd showed up late. (again) We all put some planes up and had some of that good ol Reaper pounding that is seriously some of the best flying of the day. We need Darren and the Jons, Jeff plus all the others down here too. We had over 10 flying.

Aside from the two Uncivil War events, I haven't flown combat once this year.

I really needed a fix yesterday, and getting out to the farm on a warm autumn day was just what I needed. I called Lee and he said everybody was leaving the farm, so I figured I'd stay anyway and do some more test flights on my new FPV plane.

We ended up flying combat for several more hours. Thanks everybody for staying and keeping me entertained! It was a total blast. We definitely need to get Darren & Jeff and the others back out for regular combat. My face hurt from smiling, and that is a GOOD feeling.

At some point I imagine I'll feel like fixing up my combat wing. Some changes at work last week are not going to help my free time any, however.
