What's the pricing going to be like? I like the "superhero" landing gears.

We all "get it". You will need to order it from helihobby or sly's hobby den. Those are probably the only two places that will carry it.

MIA G10 Universal Frame Kit Version 2

This frame works the same as MIA's original G10 Universal.

Uses Piccolo "Flanged" 3 mm ID Main shaft bearings.

Works great with Piccolo CP mechanics due to specific Servo layout, study the photo and note it also has a clamp to allow removing/installing the boom. NO CA GLUE for boom.

Also work swith Hummingbird FP mechanics because they share similarities in mechanical drive components with Piccolo. The Hummingbird has a large spur gear which fits confortably in this frame. The antirotation arm may need to be trimmed since FP Hummingbird mechanics use a shorter shaft than CP Piccolo which effectively lowers the swashplate position.

Not shown for simplicity, but this new frame comes with the original MIA G10 frame spring wire struts and molded skids.

Here is a photo with details. Available through MIA Dealers

Tip for users with the Original MIA G10 Universal Frame:

If you want to add a simple effective boom clamp on your original styte frames, put a small slit, using a Dremel tool, at the top on the tail boom braket and drill a small hole through the rear frame near the boom mount, use a small bolt and nut for creating a boom clamp, you will need to use CA debonder to remove the boom first. Photo shows details.

Mario,

I see from the pix that you are using HS-55's. Are the HS-50's too small to bolt on the frame?

Thanks!
