My statement:"in flying models true scale seldom works and aircraft are difficult to fly or totally un flyable". I remember an article by B Taylor who has made several true scale aircraft, namely his Spitfire that was scale to everything even the pop up flap for the flap linkage, the only none scale item was the large lead weight in the spinner and the flying nylon prop, he defined the above statement , albeit better put.
The lucy statue never heard of that one, but understand the inference to the subject.
