Prop nut on TigerMoth not needed

Hi All. Since I have lots of time these days to experiment, I ran one prop nut all the way down and tightened, then slip on the prop, capturing said nut, and slide a new, unmodified IPS spinner all the way on and presto, go fly! Has not come close to becoming loose during flight and crashes. Time saver for sure when experimenting with different GWS props. Flame suit is on Best Regards

Hi Bleriot, Sounds good to me. No flames here.

Done that on the work bench a few times with no problems, but didn't have the guts to try it when flying. I'll be brave and try it at the field.

Sounds good Bleriot. Especially in the cold wearing gloves or with frozen fingers.

See any meteors? I did, but just like lightning, I didn't get any pictures. They were always where the camera wasn't pointed.

Hi Flew this exclusively today and happy to report that all stayed together well with no sign of trouble. Nope did not see too much, set the alarm for 4:30 and stayed in bed. Best Regards
