Wow! looks great. What's the WS? Do you have a scheme in mind?

If you have not seen the WWI movie Angel's Wing you should, it's a good movie and they use the Morane in the movie. They might be real or at least pretty good replica's.

I'd love to pick up one of these foam birds, do you have a web page? Post pic's of your build.

WOW ! I like the Micro/Park flyer kits that have the basic color scheme on them already . The FW got my attention. Need to look at these wonders more closely.

Fausto1 any pictures of that scheme?

Hobby Lobby International use to sell some of the larger scale Alfa war birds. They changed their name to Hobby Express and may still have a few of the Alfa models not sure but unfortunately they don't have these very cool micro short kits.

Do you know if he really toured the US in that plane? Very cool. He and his navigator were lost in a 1927 Atlantic crossing attempt.
Pretty tough guy who suffered many war wounds and survived WWI.

I was initially excited to see the Alfa short kits, but when I started the order process and got a postage quote (to Florida, USA), I quickly backed out! (place an order and Alfa will quickly come back to you with a total cost, to include shipping. Note that they DO NOT exclude VAT for non-EU orders!)

I was interested in all these beautiful WWI birds: https://www.alfamodel.cz/php/index.p...it&_RQid=22011

The web models are superbly finished, but note that the kits themselves are relatively sparse.

The kit molding looks excellent, and I'm really looking forward to your build, fausto.

For two kits totaling CZK 2,170, shipping was quoted:

>> surface - 890 Czk
>> airmail - 1950 Czk
>> EMS - 2080 Czk

Highest charge is for the first kit, of course.

USD exchange rate is extremely favorable right now, so a couple of friends and I are formulating a joint order.
