Haha, autocorrect got me, I was actually editing as you responded. I reread Wayne's response and rephrased my question, since he had already answered part of it.

Yes, I am sore and a bit slashed up. Pretty rough day on the slope for me hopping fences and watching planes fly through trees. I did have fun dsing my Ceres and of course flying with some cool dudes.
Big thanks to Carl and Brett for showing us the hill and making the day fun.
Early November sounds good to me. Hope some o you are combat ready for Hallowing fest at LM.

You and I talked about some built classes, this new plane seems to be a perfect choice for the project, plus be can meet some new and of course old faces.

just a thought

Uh huh, wow! That's a nice distraction

Anyway back to the new plane. Blejzyk website shows the Elf as having the 6063 airfoil and the Spin using an HN1033. I think the S6063 on the Elf would be better suited for slope racers. The 1033 is more of a thermal airfoil, although it does go good on the slope too, and, as we all know, it's really up to the pilot anyways.

I will carry both planes with both airfoils. I'll double check, but pretty sure it is the same wing with a different fuse.

I'm happy to commit ~ $105 to a new plane - I'd prefer a non-thermal airfoil. At that price range, even with servos and all, it's still very reasonable.

Can probably outfit that plane in good servos for about $30 for all 6 servos. Maybe less if it does not require the DSM44 in the aileron. (That servo costs a bit more.) Battery will be maybe $6 or so.

I am in for the either. I would prefer the Elf. (For the slip in nose cone)
I am a firm Aloft supporter. Wayne has gone out of his way ti help me in this hobby.
Put me on the list Wayne.
