I am not from US so i have no idea what ARTC is?

I'm not, either! . Air route traffic control, or center.

Stand by and I'll get the Dallas info.

Here you are: http://www.faa.gov/news/fact_sheets/...fm?newsId=6422

Be careful, now, ya heah!

I would be very far away from DFW Int Airport (more than 12 miles) and 4 miles away from Dallas Love Field Airport.
I will be flying below 100ft and i am planning to have a permission from property owner.

You would still be in that control area.

As for the altitude, contact the FAA, not me.

Consent of, or a license from the owner will only provide a state court defense to trespass or the like, and is immaterial to the FAA.

We follow a system of dual sovereignty, here, and concurrent jurisdiction.

Addendum: be sure you have the appropriate visa and bring LOTS of money for attorney's fees.

Got it in one there JS. There is a great deal of scrambling going on which I can't reveal. But best watch sUAS News. Not sure if the result will be great, but as they say keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.

And, beware the hand that holds the short sword (gladius)!

Or, as the old commercial went, Hey, Brutus, want some chicken? Bring a knife!

Edit. Gary, the meaning of your comment is so far over my pay grade I can only expectorate, ruminate, cerebrate and cogitate!

If you are coming to the USA to do work, you will also need a special "work visa". It is not the same as a "travel visa".
