cheapest kan 950's?

So who has the cheapest kan 950 cells now? I saw electricsquadron.com has them for 1.45 each-anyone beat that? I like them for what I use them for....looking to build a few more packs while they're cheap and not gone. Thanks, Mike.

"much better" ?

100% is much better.
even 50%.

But 5-10% capacity and even less % gain voltage under load? nahhhh.

"a little more"?

90% is a little more? nahhh.
5-10% is a little more. $1.10 for a $1050? Perhaps when the "1150" hit the street

the way I see it. People pay a lot more for matched cells then non matches cells right. Matched cells do not offer 100-90% maybe 5=10% tops. Possibly less.

The KAN 1050 is basically matched cells. They are the best of the bunch. Cells that don't cut it to be called 1050's are labeled 950's.

So for a 13% gain the pricing is very good.

the current 950 pricing is very good. $1.00 a cell. wow. Amazing. now if they would only offer packs @ $10.00 too. That would be truely a sweet deal.

Thanks,

MIke

Mike:

I agree. Wow. 950 prices dropping almost in half within a few weeks. This is a great value if you need them. Unfortunately, like many others, I filled up while they were on the way down.

You guys make a great product. Are YOU offering $10.00 packs ? Be the first on your block.

Some posts are funny....

I was called yesterday and told the new 1050's are coming in and to offer a close out on KAN 950's. These 950's are the high voltage cells. All vendors will have 1050's soon.

This is nothing more than a great opportunity to save money on very good cells.

We are almost out now, many have ordered and taken the opportunity to get good cells for a very low cost.

www.electricsquadron.com has them as well.

thanks
Steve

My flight box is not in need of more 950s, but they are so cheap I bought up a bunch to stash or give away.

So hard to determine the value now with the 950 price dropping the $1 vs the 1050 at $1.75.

As far as I have read, the usable capacity between 1050 and 950 is still marginal. However, seems like the 1050 can sustain a higher voltage than the 950 at the extreme end. Unless most people push their KANs at over 15A, usable capacity comes into value, factoring in the latest price difference now. Can the 950 sustain as high a voltage as the 1050, say at 10-12A? Is it true that the lower the current, the closer you can obtain rated capacity for actual use?

Funny that the 950's are cheaper then the AA KAN 650's.. The 2/3AA cell is a less expensive cell then the 950 yet the 650 is currently priced higher.

I think the size and competition might have determined the higher price. Besides, the $1 KAN950 may be on clearance price, not just a sale price.

This is so far from the truth it is pitiful. These 950 Cells we are all selling are the from the original batch. Not cells that "Can't cut it to be called 1050's". Give me a break. What a joke.

It is funny....

Your correct Matt. Good high quality 950 cells. Some people make up things when they cannot control the entire market.

Don't forget the 1050's are "matched" now that's even more funny

Come on guys, let's not get into a pissing game. Manufacturers improve upon themselves. From KAN950 to KAN1050 that I consider improving a great product to an even better one. I believe that the KAN950 will be phased out and this argument about 950 and 1050 will be moot. Just keep smiling when manufacturers keep improving their products. Everyone should be entitled to their own opinion when judging a product. We should be here to have a good time and not putting each others down.
