SET: Spektrum DX6i, AR6210 + 2x AR6115e
i'm thinking of buying this Spektrum DX6i radio set (http://spektrumrc.com/Products/Defau...rodID=SPM6610C) as replacement for my old Futaba FC-16.
In fact i'll fly mostly (small) gliders (Graupner Discus 2CT, Robbe ASW 15) or trainers like the Multiplex Minimag, the flying field is about 2 football field sizes big.
1. Is the AR6115e receiver safe & usable for this purpose? AR6115e descriptions says it's not "full range" whatever this means in reality.
2. The operation voltage of the receivers of this set starts at 3,5 V. Would it be reliable / working to really "only" use a 1S lipo when flying the small gliders having 2-4 small servos? How many mah should the lipo have?

Not Full Range means Park Flyer range which means good for parks. Now if the installation is perfect you will get longer range than a park size distance BUT it's your plane.
As for the operating voltage on 1S = I have zero experience with powering them on 1s but my guess is NO.
