Actually it was arrived before holiday of Chinese new year, but some problem found!!!! The factory still not reached to solve the problem, so it is hold to sell until the problem fix.

The problem is they use yellow color glue, as result is a visibale yellow line between left and right fuselage halve can be seen, this problem found in both of A330 and A340.

A340 found one 1 to 4 servo wire missing, A330 found a bottom cover missing!!!!!

Wow - these are bad quality issues and you are doing the right thing holding off otherwise it will be your problem to deal with! I am surprised that they have not reached out to you to fix this issue? How would they fix the yellow glue? Which is most likely an epoxy that has turned more yellow? Would they paint it ? That would be hard to do! They may have to sell this first batch at a discount and fix the problem with the next batch. People can paint the fuselage if decals are provided.

Thanks for your honest response !

Regards

The holiday in China is going on, so I can contact them next week.
They know about the issue of yellow line, they said they can fix it, I will go and see how to do. It is lucky, they only delivered part of my order, I still have some still not delivered to me before the holiday.

After I go to meet them, I would discussing how to do, may be discount or wait next or accept their method if it is acceptabl.

The decal seems not a big problem, I can get the decal form them easy, do you think peoples would repaint it? if yes, they need to remove the attached decal, then repaint, afterward, apply the replacement.

I think some people will like it even better if these planes are offered at a discount provided they paint it when they get it. I personally have no issues with that. You can take a vote here and decide. Thanks again!

Received the Supreme-Hobbies A330 on Saturday!

Here are some pics of the unboxing:

I'll update with more pics of the actual plane as I get it built. Hope to get it airborne later this week, most likely this coming weekend....

Box measures 40.25" x 18.5" x 9.25" or 1022mm x 470mm x 235mm

Wings on top

Everything else (lots of fuselage) packed nicely inside the foam box.

Although it uses the same 50mm edf's as in their A320, the engine nacelles are different than the CFM style that come on their A320.

Top and bottom main wing details.

ESC bay. I presume for A340, you'd have two esc's here.

Cheers for now~

Neil
