That seems awfully cheap for an i7 system. Let me find some individual components for you. It's usually better to build it yourself. That way you can control what you're getting. I'll report back later.

...My God, it's full of stars...

$1300 for a super pc? Wow. I wouldn't even think of sinking that kind of money into an E-bay supplier. Maybe a known brand like Alien.

Ok, think I got this worked out with equal or better components and I saved you some money.

Intel Core i7 920 2.66ghz $294.99

GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD3R $209.99

Gskill 6gb DDR3-1333 Triple Channel $149.99

Sapphire Radeon HD4870 1gb GDDR5 $239.99

Samsung Spinpoint 1tb SATA2 HDD $99.99

LiteON BD-ROM/DVD RW Combo $104.99

Antec 300 Black $59.95

CoolerMaster RealPower Pro 650w Power Supply $79.99

Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit OEM $99.99

Total: $1,339.87

Unlike the eBay deal, I included the operating system. They have them listed separately. Oddly, they're offering 32-bit operating systems with it too, yet it has 6gb of RAM. 32-bit windows can only access 3.5gb of RAM, which includes graphics memory as well.

I did save you some money. It actually works out to be $1239.88 with just the hardware alone. This system has a slightly faster graphics card with more memory, better quality RAM, and Blu-ray playback (but not burning). You have less hard drive space but 1.5tb is really overkill and another drive can easily be added later. This system can also run two graphics cards in Crossfire as well, though I only included one with it.
